A special meeting of the Village Board was held November 20, 2013 at 8:30 AM in the Village Hall, 244 Main Street.

Mayor Morreale called the meeting to order & led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call: Trustee Halliday and Trustee Saunders were present.  Trustee Denno and Trustee Enekes were excused.

NEW BUSINESS

Motion by Mayor Morreale, seconded by Trustee Halliday, approved payment of abstract #12 upon review by the audit committee.
Carried – 3 – 0

Resolution #38 approved, change orders #1-#4 to filtration plant resulting in net decrease of $12,017.

Motion by Trustee Saunders, seconded by Trustee Halliday, authorized up to $4,000 to ADS Environmental Services for installation of one flow meter for one month to assist in waste water treatment evaluation report.
Carried – 3 – 0

Mayor Morreale stated the Planning Board had left the public hearing for the proposed senior housing project open and would continue Thursday, Nov 21.  The developers also presented the project to residents at the Senior Citizens Center on Thursday Nov 19.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Trustee Halliday, seconded by Trustee Saunders, that Board adjourn, 9:05AM.
