Village Board Minutes April 29, 2013 (63) A special meeting of the Village Board was held April 29, 2013 at 9:00 AM in the Village Hall, 244 Main Street. Mayor Morreale called the meeting to order. Roll Call: Trustee Halliday & Trustee Saunders were present. Trustee Denno & Trustee Enekes were excused. NEW BUSINESS A committee formed to evaluate the wastewater system engineering proposals interviewed three selected engineering firms on April 18, 2013. Of the three interviewed, the committee recommended the Board hire Chazen Companies to complete the engineering study. Resolution #86 approved, authorized mayoral signature on a contract with Chazen to provide engineering services for the wastewater treatment system for an amount not to exceed $40,000 to be partially paid for by a grant from EFC.
