A special meeting of the Village Board was held October 6, 2008 at 8:30 AM in the Village Hall, 260 Main St.

Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Trustee Densmore, Trustee Enekes and Trustee Lescault were present.  Trustee Denno arrived late.

Resolution #56 approved resignation of Treas Bellinger as of 10/15/08 with thanks for his service.

Mayor Winslow requested an executive session to discuss matters leading to the appointment, employment or promotion of a particular person.

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Enekes that board adjourn to executive session as requested by Mayor Winslow, 8:40 AM.
Carried – 3 – 0

8:45 AM, Trustee Denno arrived.

At 9:10 AM, the Board reconvened with no action taken in executive session.

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Denno that Board adjourn, 9:10 AM.
Carried – 4 – 0
