A special meeting of the Village Board was held Nov 24, 2006, 9:00 AM in the Village Hall, 260 Main Street.

Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order.

Roll Call:  Trustees Denno, Densmore, Enekes, and Lescault were present.
Also Present:  Treas Fuller & Clerk Colson

NEW BUSINESS

Motion by Trustee Densmore, seconded by Trustee Denno approved publication in the Glens Falls Post Star of notice of public hearing re: zoning law changes, to be held Dec 6, 2006 at 6:00 PM in the firehouse.
Carried – 4 – 0

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Trustee Denno, seconded by Trustee Densmore that Board adjourn, 9:02 AM.
