Corinth Village Residents: On Tuesday, December 12, representatives from the Village, Town and Philmet met with regard to issues surrounding redevelopment of the former IP site, in the Village and Town of Corinth. We had an open, honest, and at times spirited exchange of concerns and ideas. To their credit, representatives from Philmet came to the table and listened to our concerns as we discussed both zoning and eminent domain, along with some details of their development plans. We have jointly agreed to further discussions in an attempt to work out written, binding agreements that will protect the interests of our residents and encourage successful, safe development of this vitally important property.
